My great love of the film its based on caused me to buy and play this one again and again. It was hard...but that made getting just that little bit further every now and again all the more of a thrill.

Wow this game is not good at all. The theme music and characters from the movie are all here in what should be a fun game. But what we get instead is a poor play control, very short and frustrating adventure that takes about 10 minutes to complete if you can even survive that long. It shows such promise with a fun opening scene and a good set up with Billy having a weapon to use with the option to select various others as you blast evil gremlins as you walk through a side scrolling adventure. But it just plays awful and is so lacking from start to end.

A game this short and based of of a movie shouldn't be this hard. If your idea of a game is dying every few seconds and having no continues or passwords and having to memorize patterns perfectly to get through stages with re-spawning enemies over and over again, have I got the game for you. Just seems like it was half finished and released anyway in the hopes that no one would care or notice. Better play controls and responsiveness was needed here to make this even playable. You collect five items and the game ends. Its as simple and boring as that. Good luck getting that far though.

Just a bad game. AVOID!

Crap controls, hard to maneuver, but decent other than that. Very hard game, never got to the end.

Very poor game. I would just save the intro with the big gremlin that shivers, and the music that wasn't great, but was the one of the movie.

Graphics are good, sound also and there a nice little things to discover. But unfortunately the game is almost unplayable, because of all the unfair enemies.

The NES game was decent, the movie is outstanding. But this does kinda suck. Has the feel of a Hi-Tec 5 quid platformer

Oh dear god, another piss poor film tie in game. This game was awful in most respects as it didn't live upto any excitement whatsoever

Oh my... Did THIS suck.... While I may be one of the few people that actually liked the movie (gotta love cheap sight gags), this game was horrid. A simplistic jump and run with a handful of puzzle elements. It brought down all the positive memories I had of the two games based on the first movie, and just screamed "cheaply made licensed game". Too bad too.
