This runs extremely smoothly on an 030/50 and I like the "giant clanking robot" feel.

Level design is fine, unimpressive but fine. What lets it down is that the enemies feel inconsequential. Most of them don't feel very threatening and they just sort of topple over when hit, which deprives your weapons of "oomph".

Still, a fun enough shooter to play and one of the better ways to satisfy the Doom urge on the Amiga.

Altough technically impressive, this one lacked gamplay. Too bad.

I think that this game support graffity "video card" resolutions for chunky-to-planar conversion...

A bridge that links Gloom with Breathless on which not everybody would like to walk through. For the biggest fans of the genre.

Deserves a 6/10 in my opinion. The atmosphere was quite good, and everything moved smoothly. They probably spent too much effort on the cut scenes, which were mighty impressive for the time, and not enough on level design - things did get a bit samey as the game went on. But I finished it, which is always a plus for any game.

Good backstory, lacklustre game. The graphics are slightly better than in earlier attempts in this genre on the Amiga. The sound design is horrible: Silent robots shoot at each other with what sounds like toy guns. And the level design is simply boring. I did not feel like continuing after the third level.

I disagree that it was a poor Doom ripoff, it was definitely its own game, flat but decent graphics with good strategy required with this one. Not a Doom beater but a very good game still.

Full of bugs, but with good atmosphere, nice intro and GREAT story!

A poor DOOM-rip-off. In 1996 Amiga games were not as good as they used to be before...
