Used to love this game, played it a lot. If I remember right there were two main storylines to play. Was a great game.

The dull coloured gfx put me off this straight away (it was nice and bright on the c64!)! The game itself just never grabbed me and could be downright frustrating at times. Sorry, not for me.

Beautiful graphics and great comic book atmosphere. The game is very difficult and Batman doesn't move exactly like the athlete he is, still it's a load of fun and you also have to make your mind work on the puzzles.

This game is one of my favourites, I only completed it a few years back, as a kid I got stuck. The game gives a great illusion that it is bigger than it seems. With ladders you can’t climb, and doors you can’t go through. The difficulty level is perfect. People complain the Penguin level is too hard, but once you know where your going and have stacked up loads food, it isn’t too hard. A good tip is to trap the gangsters in the corner of the screen and hit them with the batarang. Both games are very well thought out, and atmospheric. The Joker Campaign is the best of the two games, you go from Gotham Park through the Sewers, then into a eerily quiet fair ground at night, with the Joker hiding in the hall of mirrors, and Robin tied to a roller coaster. A real gem from Ocean.

I liked (and still like) the artwork. The gameplay (joystick control) seemed reasonable. What I did not like at the time--this may have been around '88 or '89, was the effort it took to win both the 'Penguin' & 'Joker' games here. My game playing skills leave a lot to be desired, and, a challenge is fine, but there's no save feature in this game--you die--you start all the way back at the beginning. A 'pause' button's all you got.

Reasonably good arcade-adventure with very good graphics which are faithful to the comic. The problem is that there is far too much tedious wandering-around the maze-like game areas looking for a fizzing bomb or a pair of mouse ears or some other such thing. It pushes this game too close to the tedious "maze games" of the 8-bit era.

Superb comicbook-style presentation, but barely playable.

I was disappointed first when I got this, but it is not so bad "arcade adventure" after all. The style of graphics fit well in the game.

Fun game with nice original look. The other Batman game is cooler though.

Well this was another game which didn't let the film down as well as the other Batman game. Good GFX and sound and decent gameplay.

Awesome game with nice graphics, like the comic book. Easy to complete, but fun to play.
