From those still images you wouldn't call this one of the worst games in the world, would you? Well it's that and then some.
RoboCop dealt with the same formula much better, and even that one wasn't all that great. Dick Tracy came later and was ages behind. No scrolling meant that you have to worry about invisible enemies firing from blind spots at the very edge of the screen (or worse, behind doors). Terrible hit detection makes you unable to fire at enemies at melee distance (but they still can shoot you). Add to that bugs, graphical glitches... No please, don't get me started.

The stylized graphics aren't that bad. But the character animations and missing playability are.

It was awful but still memories of a guy getting covered in concrete never go away. - "I'm on my way" - classic.

Could have been fun with some playability...

My god, this was awful game to play and although the GFX weren't bad for the time it came out, there wasn't enough to keep this game alive. A contender for "Turkey Film Tie-In Of The Year" I think

While graphically far more appealing than the C64 version, this games throw away gameplay makes it just as tiring as it's 8 bit brother. What the heck were they thinking?
