Well, the answer could actually be pretty simple: a pair of boobs is most likely easier to spot than a particular headshot on this particular game (I had to scrutinise every screenshot before even figuring out what the fuss was all about). If the boobs in question were 3x3 square pixels on a tiny sprite, maybe Lemon wouldn't even bother setting an adult filter for them (Lorna's huge butt with a thong is the first instance that comes to my mind).

Jaycee900, what are you going on about graphics, it's about the double-standard adult filter here on the European website Lemon, the issue isn't if pixelated nudity looks better or worse than pixelated gore. Seeing tits does less harm than violence and it's more natural in civilized countries. Open your eyes, kids are more likely to see topless women on a beach than people being shot there. A shame when kids know more about violence than about bees, flowers and protecting themselves.

Kodoichi - it's hardly realistic close up graphics, I had to zoom in to see what you were in about, the man doesn't even look human anyway, games and ratings move on, Mortal Kombat was classed as bad back then, nobody batters an eyelid now, Call of duty etc is now bad, in 20 years we will be laughing at how bad the graphics are and nobody will think its bad for children..I feel if you have kids, and yes I do, don't forget to unwrap them from the cotton wool before you tuck them in bed at night.

This seems to be a shoot'em/beat'em-up platformer--something of a hybrid...interesting and held my attention for a little while.

*facepalm*
Go away with your U.S.-standard. A headshot is alright, tits aren't?

What?! Please tell me which of those screenshots isn't suitable for kids? None, exactly....

Why is there no adult filter for the screenshots on this one? It's quite a gory game and not for kids. The gameplay is a bit hit and miss. You need to know what background objects can be used, you need to know what enemy will show up and according to it use your ammunition sparingly. Once it's game over, you can restart from the first level as there are no continues, which is really frustrating as you'll know every level by heart anyway once you went through it.

This was actually quite a competent roam a round, shooter. It was a go here, then go there, then go back here type of game but I found it strangely involving. Graphics and sound were average but it played well.
