This proves you don't need flashy graphics to make a very playable and addictive game.

This game is really fun. I remember how long me and me friends played it. In many aspects it is far better than "Worms". Many weapons, cool sfx..-very professionell for a freeware game. It was written in AMOS pro but it is an exampe how good an AMOS game can be.

I did not get it on Amiga unfortunately , but I played on Winuae .
The loading scenes can be short by speeding the drive at 800% , but the terraforming after explosions , especially the large ones , kinda cool , are so slow to be a pain in the ass , however this one it is the only bad scar that I can tell about this excellent game .

Better than Tanx - HUGE choice of weapons - comes into its own in real 2 player battles! Ace.

I wonder how I could play such a slow game back then. You spend more time adjusting the angle, scrolling through the weapons list and wait for the terrain to build up again, than having fun.

Crikey, so many fun times with this game. Best of it's genre by a long shot.

Yes Landoq, so do I. One of the funniest games of the Amiga still, and direct inspiration for Worms

This game is written in Amos, I think...

I always spent all my money on "big shots" because I could never figure out the what exactly the advantage of most of the other weapons was. It usually took me about 2-3 attempts until I had adjusted my aim, so I fired normal rounds first and then went on to hammer any opponents with "big shots". It took considerably longer to destroy a tank with different approaches - except with homing missiles, but those shouldn't have been included in the game anyway.

Addictive as hell. Loads of weapons available. A must have if you like these types of games. 8/10.

One of those few simple games, that become to a cult. Very addictive, with super ideas, plentys of weapons etc. I like the title song "Horizon´s edge".

Probably the best variants of the "tanks on a randomly generate pixel hill" genre on the Amiga. While at times slow (how hard was it to calculate those curves?) a great game, especially with a bunch of people simultaneously. Too bad it could only handle 4 players.

Great, with some truly zany weapons and simple, yet effective graphics that let you aim each shot perfectly. A wonderful multiplayer mayhem!
