There is nothing in this game that you could really like (or at least I could). First of all the enemies and obstacles. Could you tell whether they are rolling or bouncing? If you could, then you should get my congratulations. The second problem is the fact that enemies are somewhat not enemies of a cat. Have you ever heard about a cat that is being hurt by mice, birds and beetles and to the contary scary dog is making you no harm? Well enough of that. The game has nice graphics and animation but unfortunatelly not much sound and music. You stroll through the neighbourhood in hope to find your gang members. Ocassionaly you spot some objects like a shovel, a hammer, some keys or pure rubbish like peeled bananas or cans. Some of them can be used in some places. I haven't enjoyed playing this game. It is pretty boring and illogical in some places so it definitely has no educational purpose as well as loses its connection to the original cartoon...

A very good game, though like many cartoon/movie adaptations, not always worthy of the source material.
The game nevertheless is much better than some other cartoon-themes ones (see "Thundercats" ). And it has nice graphics and good game play. It was a good idea to have it top-down view/play, as opposed to taking the usual easy route of side-scrolling plat-form.
The goal is rather simple, guide T.C. Through the level to pick up some stuff both for bonus points, and to go on to the next level.
Along the way you have to find and take with you *(though not actually walk with you on the screen) four of T.C.'s gang members, Choo Choo (in white shirt), Brain (in dark shirt), Fancy Fancy (with white scarf), and Spook (with black scarf). Benny the Ball is kidnapped and is the oject of the game.
The whole game play is fairly easy and straight-forward, with the tendency of your friends to run away when you lose energy (by touching enemies), making the game a bit more challenging (you then have to find them again, in whatever new location they are in).
Top Cat fans like myself appreciate it, especially when compared to some of the other terrible cartoon/movie-based games out there.
