This is the first football game I ever bought for the Amiga which I bought only because it was going for the bargain price of £4.99. As I soon discovered, that was £4.99 too much.
The tunes seems out of context with a football game and are frankly annoying. The graphics aren't bad but are definitely below average. I fully understand that this was an early game where people wer still trying to figure out what they could do with an Amiga but surely they had figured they could do better than graphics that wouldnt have looked out of place on a Spectrum.
But where the game falls flat is in the gameplay. Without the ball you move at a jog but with the ball you literally slow to walking pace and any of the opponents can take the ball off you far too easily as you can them as they are also subject to sprinting at snail's pace towards the goal.
Upshot is, if you have to get a footie game then pick one of the other umpteen different footie games out there. Leave this one alone for your own sanity. 1/10

Hated the idea of titles included Amiga name. It's just stupid for me

An extremely poor game. It wasn't fun at all, and the graphics were just abysmal. BIN IT.

This was SOCCER II or INTERNATIONAL SOCCER that I used to play on my Commodore 64. And the 64 version was better. Poor attempt.
