I started off voting an 8 but after replaying it I had to increase to 9, the game is original, action packed, and has really great stylish graphics. It is actually VERY similar to the cult Mega Drive game Alien Soldier, though obviously a lot cruder (hardly surprising as this came out 3 years earlier) The game is pretty much just constant boss battles interspersed with short platforming elements (just like Alien Soldier) it has a weapon system where you swap back and forth between spread shots, homing missiles, flamethrower etc (just like Alien Soldier) and theres a high element of bullet management as each weapon runs out of energy (just like in Alien Soldier) This is my kind of game (just like Alien Soldier)

Great Idea! (constant Boss battles 10 years pre-Collosus) unfortunately like Collosus it wasn't done as well as it should have been.
