When Infogrames definitly absorbed "Ere informatique" which initially published Bubble Ghost in 1987, it seems that they think this game had a bigger potential, so they decide there was an opportunity to re-publish it in 1990 with just a slighty different name, a new splashscreen, a reworked tileset and a new box design. Why not? That's true, Bubble Ghost was a clever game with an interesting and refreshing idea at the time. They believed so much in this game that they even sold the rights to Pony Canyon that created a very nice Gameboy version that outperforms the original game.

Bubble+ is a nice evolution of Bubble Ghost and I think it's a solid puzzle and reflexes game you should try (even better if you can launch it in 60hz)

I played this a bit (I never played bubble ghost), but honestly even then I thought it was a little average. I think it was the old style GFX that just didnt do it for me.

I remember this being called Bubble Ghost too? It was fun and challanging. Not an amazing game but certainly one of a kind.

A guilty pleasure. This game was a lot of fun, even if the controls were sometimes maddeningly frustrating. But once you got the hang of it, there was some fun puzzle enjoyment to be had.
