Decent vertical shoot'em'up for tank. Graphic is unable to create a sense of depth, so elements like mountains and trees seem flat (I guess this was conceived as an 8-bit game); the music is absent and the SFX come out just in case of havoc with some nice output (the soldiers screaming after being burned by flame thrower). But after all, the level design is clever and various, with a nice arsenal of weapons and enemies. Of course, it's not that technical/strategical war shooter like, say, Desert Strike; you just have to go on with your tank shooting all around, without wasting too much time in reflections nor looking for the perfect shoot. Recklessness and cockiness are rewarded in this game. It's quite brief: just 5 stages, if I remember right.

Enjoyable game even though graphics and sound are not that great.
Good for a go.

An Ikari Warriors kind of game which is mainly let down by the small playing area (or the big main sprite). There just isn't much room to manoeuvre and when enemies enter the screen you are often to close to react properly. Although the graphics are decent and colourful, the sound effects are very monotonous. Not very good.

Looks and plays like a cheap version of WAR ZONE - which itself is not an overly good action game. (44%)
