Fast but not smooth, that was the problem with this one. I wanted to like it but Vroom was superior.

Not quite as smooth as vroom, but the engine noise is great - better than F1GP in that respect... 7/10

My copy of the game came in a transparent plastic bag, not in one of those big, shiny boxes games used to be shipped in back then. It includes the full manual, a feedback card and two professionally produced disks. I think this is a legit copy.

A poor Vroom copy, not much point in playing it.

Disappointed by this one, very poor controls and gameplay. Shame, as it looks great and has a high level of presentation.

Much better than Nigel Mansell's Grand Prix. At least the tracks don't all look the same and you actually slow down when you hit something ! It's also nice to have track conditions (sometimes it rains and it can change during the race) and car settings. Not the best racer but very enjoyable.

Not a bad version comparing to the one on Super Nintendo, but I was a bit disappointed with the graphics.

The game tries to mimic the simulation of Formula 1 car race but it is rather poor arcade. Those who liked Lotus serie might play a bit but for sure they will return to them as fast as possible.

Again another racing game graced the Amiga in the 90's but this wasn't the best & was rather disappointed. It had nice GFX & decent sound but I couldn't get away with the gameplay at times. Ok for few mins but short lived...

Okish not the best game in the world. It was fast and the sound was ok. Nothing like as good as F1 GP. Not on one my favs

Although I think Nigel Mansell is a nice chap, I do think this game isn't. The graphics are actually pretty good, but this game is let down by its gameplay. I always thought you as a driver do not have enough control over your car, going off the track at one moment or turning too much later on. Also overtaking was a bit too arbitrary; crashing into another driver at times, or sometimes letting you go through them without any trouble. Nigel Mansell reminded me a lot of Super Monaco GP, and although I find that one not that good either, it's still better than this Gremlin effort. Not crap, but just not good in my opinion.
Graphics: 7/10
Sound: 6/10
Playability: 5/10
Overall: 5/10

This is a good un but can be frustrating when you crash and end up out of the race as a result.

One of the racing games out of many from the early 90s. Didn't quite have the
smooth graphics as Vroom, this one has a lot more options, winning championships, obtaining money and upgrading your F1 Car. Nothing orignal really.
