The intro was the highlight of this game, as probably everyone will point out. Worse gameplay than Hard Drivin' 1 & 2, if that's possible...

Animated cartoon intro is the only good point in otherwise dire driving game. Everything is okay until it moves. Awful frame rate renders the game unplayable.
