These Hard Drivin/Race Drivin games had no business being on any of the consoles or computers of the period.

The intro was the highlight of this game, as probably everyone will point out. Worse gameplay than Hard Drivin' 1 & 2, if that's possible...

Animated cartoon intro is the only good point in otherwise dire driving game. Everything is okay until it moves. Awful frame rate renders the game unplayable.
