"Megalomania" clone with most of the stuff that made that game work taken out. Good graphics and some simplistic short-term strategy fun but little else.

I remember this one and I'm glad I found it here because I thought I'd imagined it up. Couldn't remember the name but remember the gameplay, annexing neutral villages and towns etc and then wiping out the opposing army. Not particularly taxing, but addictive nonetheless.
