Im I the only one who needs Sfx in videogames?
Is a very nice game but games without Sfx lose 2 rating points for me.

Marvin's Marvellous Adventure for the CD32 is as good as the floppy version. I personally find the CD audio tracks inferior and less varied than their Paula counterpart, anyways. Controls are better as there is no up to jump here (7/10).

Interestingly there is a folder called 'Bonus_add_on' on game CD, and there is a readme.txt-file too in that folder:

" Hi !!! Aha, how have you entered this dungeon of bit's and byte's ??? However... If you're a programmer or somehow interested in programming, please feel free to examine this place... You maybe found something useful... (or not!)

Florian

PS.: 'ROTATE' really work's only on systems, supporting
the c2p hardware... "

I see Sound Effects credited but i cant listen. I hate when music and SFX sound separately and in this case SFX doesn't exist! I cant belive a cd game without SFX...

I got this demo on a CD and just loooved it. Of course, the tiny, detailed graphics didn't look that great when converted to NTSC so i never ran out an bought this. AFter getting my first PC the same year this came out, I was real disappointed there was nothing even close to this one or stuff like Soccer Kid on the PC that was worth having. Just DOOM and it's like. Or Ultima Underworld. If it wasn't for those I'd be real disappointed in the PC. Amiga stuff was always much more colorful and sharp at the time. Eventually PCs caught up though...

Great soundtrack, but they forgot to add SFX Gfx should have been way better considering it's AGA/CD32. It´s a typical Amiga platformer, fun to play for a while!

Just a well made mario-clone. Good and poppy GFX, very good soundtrack (maybe the best jump´n´run soundtrack ever).

The difficulty is really good. Not too simple and not too hard.
