A real Space Shuttle will never fly again. This is a very detailed simulation of the now out-phased spacecraft. This simulation is absolutely outstanding and, as other reviewers already noted, obsessed with technical detail - but that's fitting considering that this is about the Space Shuttle and its just what I want from a simulation! The graphics are done a typical filled-polygon vector engine, which is very good (check out the smoke trails and camera work in the demo!) considering that it runs on a standard Amiga, although the graphics get updated with what feels like one frame per second. There are few simulations as good as this one.

Insane amount of detail in this game - the graphics could have been better but I loved it!

I got this in a multipack with some other stuff, including a billiards game and James Pond II if I remember right. I spent a great deal of time just looking at the shuttle on the launch pad. I attempted some missions and it really wasn't too difficult. I guess I was hoping to explore the universe, land on Mars and stuff like that. Didn't happen. That's what Elite/Frontier were made for. But this had some merits...and just the fact that someone attempted to simulator the shuttle at all as a game for the masses was interesting.

To call this game complex is a great GREAT understatement. If you have read the complete manual you can go on a real NASA mission...

Rather complex and technical simulator. Not bad, but not appealing to everyone.
