Fascinating game and great music. Fighting for survival in a hostile world, trying to change the genes so that your next generation maybe can fly... Thrilling. Only problem with this game - it is far too hard! But the music kept me coming back.

I don't know what Garioch is trying to say. Back then in 1987, every Amiga had this kind of 3D graphics.

The game itself is quite hard, considering you start at the bottom of the food chain, sometimes it just takes seconds until you're run over/eaten by a bigger animal.

Edit 2015: I'm sure Spore was heavily influenced by this game.

This got a decent review in a mag I used to read. I found the game interesting but it did not get me hooked and I never spent much time with it. At least the game idea is very original. You have to find food and then mate and manipulate the genes and then control a resulting creature... Music by Fred Gray is notable though instrument sounds are bleepy.

The GFX for an Amiga game alone show this to be nothing but a port of a poor 8-bit game.
