I gained respect for this once I mastered the controls, and the way to hammer the start. Made it as far as maybe the 5th level, so never seen the football part. Was chatting to Allan Finley today about this game, on the Nintendo they said it could not be done!

Few comments about controls. Steering feels really strange at the begining and you can indeed barely keep the car on the track but once you figure out how controls actually work the game is damn fun to play. It all about training. Belive me. Difficulty is just about right too. The soccer mode is just a huge mess. Completelly worthless. Idea is fun but execution is bad.

Can someone tell me if this game is texture-mapped?

The racing sucks on this. I tried both a Sega 3 button game pad and a EPYX 500XJ Joystick and you can barely keep your ride on the road. The soccer is better and really the only thing somewhat entertaining about it. No save option for the seasons so what's the point? 5/10 Haywire

This game took a lot of my time back in the day. Say what you want, but its better than most of the other old Amiga racers!

One of my favourite games on snes.. Way better than mario kart. I haven't played this but it looks like a port of the SNES version but without the mode7, ie a drive in to the picture type of game like turbo challenge..

Should have been PlayStation identical especially with accelerator boards and more memory. Tracks looks pretty empty and boring. Could have been so much, much better... Nevertheless, when this was released in 1997, 3 years after Commodore's death, it was great to see Amiga still getting few ports from bigger platforms.

This game crawled at something like 0.5 FPS with WinUAE 1.1, even though I tried with JIT, a lot of memory etc. Our forum member Lorenzus suggested to use an older version of WinUAE (0822R4), and that made the game perfectly playable.
