Quality game. I actually managed to get to mission 6 base 5, which was level 65 due to the random level generator found in this game. Originally this game had about 12 levels before you saw everything, but the game allowed you to continue if you so wished. Back then I was trying to keep up with another player whom was on mission 8 base 3. Fantastic gameplay, wonderful sound design, great music, remember the title music fondly; solid level design. Clever how you went upside down to tackle some levels, this was not seen much even today let alone back in 1990/1991. There was a bug in this game on mission 2 base 3. People should be able to find the solution to this through browsing the internet. I actually wished Tony Crowther & his brother(sound design for Captive) made more games for the Amiga. Classic game.

It was a great RPG at the time, i was hooked with this, but sadly i had a cracked copy that you couldnot save your game, plus it was so hard to find your way through. You needed to do map making of the levels 100 percent

Strange game from Anthony Crowther however it is similiar to Knightmare on the Amiga too. I remember it being too difficult for me at the time although it did have a lot of atmosphere!

An amazing amount of levels and a great gameplay. Graphics are not bad but not so great too. Sound is very nice tho. I think it's one of the best RPG ever made.

I enjoyed this a great deal when I had it an important note is that some versions have a bug on one of the levels which from what I recall mean you cannot complete it because it was impossible to pass.
7/10
