You can watch a longplay of this on YouTube. Don't even TRY to complete it without a whole variety of cheats.
It is not possible to do without, anyway, because there are bugs preventing you from reaching certain caves, and some levels you have no ammo and can't pass the dragons. I had to literally move the sprite after finding the co-ordinates!
A badly programmed but nice-looking dungheap that left me cold after a lousy bunch of text saying "congratulations" at the end.

Graphics are not bad but the handling is a bit awkward. Jumping is a bit jerky and you would probably have difficulties completing the first level not to mention the whole island. Overall it seems to be a good idea - quite original - but somehow it is a tremendous job to bring all the eggs from the nest to your cave. Sometimes once is tricky and still you have to do it at least three times.

Ported from the Spectrum, and it shows. It wasn't even noteworthy on that platform, either; certainly nothing to challenge the likes of Dizzy and Jet Set Willy, or even the hoary Chuckie Egg.

Not the best of games, this prehistoric platformer. Although graphics and sound are not very bad, the gameplay is where this one goes amiss. The controls are just to awquard to enjoy this software very much. Especially jumping and using the trees and plants for climbing and jumping doesn't work that well. On the C64 this game wasn't that good either, but it had a very nice Tonal Chaos soundtrack. With this also missing on the Amiga version, you are left with a pretty bleak little game unfortunately. Maybe play Chuck Rock or B.C. Kid instead if you are dying for a good prehistoric platformer!
Graphics: 6/10
Sound: 6/10
Playability: 5/10
Overall: 5/10

I was ready to completely slate this game, but after a few goes, it does get slightly better. It tries to hard to copy the format of Super Mario World (SNES) but doesn't quite make it. Graphics are fine and Sound is minimal but the precise jumps will have you tearing your hair out - Lucky I'm not follically challenged, eh readers?!
