This game might be underrated however, by itself, it does not serve any reasonable factors why it should be. The difficulty steep does not exist. You are just in the middle of the race and there is no chance to get familiar with the completely unique and unknown to Amiga player's game engine. It requires a lot of effort to get to know it and understand it and there is no way the game teaches you or presents to you its possibilities. There is also no mini-map of the track which could be in favour of those who are learning. In overall, the game is average but mostly due to not completely thought through aspects of the engine. It can not be compared to other top-down or quasi-top-down racers because it is just different. It could have been good if it was worked out how to "teach" players how to use it and get the most of it.

P.S. Worth mentioning is the fact that by the volume level of the sound of your opponent's car, you can get a glimpse how far or how close he is. It is also very unique feature which probably was never ever used in any other Amiga racer.

Very unique, underrated game. I think people see screenshots and expect this to be like Neo DriftOut, which granted would be an awesome thing to have on the Amiga, but this game does it's own thng and mastering the controls is a huge part of the fun. I grew up with the DOS PC version and think it's a bit better but the Amiga one is still great fun, just don't expect to be flying around the track right away! Everything you do in this game must be considered.

Being Mini mad, I was well into this. Controls did take some getting used to but if you persevered there was a fun game underneath. I even managed to complete it back in the day.

More of a mans, mans Micro Machines. Once you get used to the handling it is superb. Not really an arcade game because your be at the screen an hour or more at a time playing the one game before you may even see GAME OVER. Always fun to pick this one up every couple of years, turn the guide arrows off to add an extra challenge and enjoy.

If they had put more thought into game modes like Time Attack, High Score Challenge and the like this could of been a real classic. As it is, it just falls short because being just a good overhead rally game with a challenge that will last a day or two is all it is deep down. Fond of it tho don't get me wrong, just want more.

I seem to remember an annoying title song which put me in mind of my mates that gave it to me at the time. Fun but no cigar.

Very addictive 2 player game, used to play this for hours, the PC DOS version was faster.

The steering system is BAD don't get me wrong but once you get used to it you've got it in the bag! Graphics are excelent so I give it 7/10.

From a 1994 game you should be able to expect more than this.

I am not sure but I think this one didn't load on a A500 beyond the intro screen.. When I did played it on "winuae" I wasn't impressed..i didn't like it to be honest, below average in every department.
