A very under-rated point and click mystery game. Lots of atmosphere and a very involved puzzle to solve. Can be a little slow and the disk swapping can be annoying (definitely a game to play with a hard drive) but the spot effects and music work well and I think it is amongst the Amiga's best adventure games.

Simply one of the best adventure / point and click game i have played.
The french guys of delphine software have released a masterpiece.
Probably the vector rendering of the main character has been inspired from the game another world published by delphine.
The (french) box is nice containing a beautiful map of the boat and a pretty manual.
10/10

The game that pioneered the gaming world in terms of vector objects used in adventure and arcade games. Great story, interesting graphics and atmosphere, intuitional interface. In terms of gameplay this is not a typical point and click adventure game. It is more like a detective game when you have to use your skills of deduction and figure out who is the killer based on information gathered during interrogation of other passengers of the ship. Recommended.

Brilliant adventure game, apparently inspired by the C64 classic, "Murder on the Mississippi". The visuals are simply stunning and the sound/music is great too, typical for Delphine software. The gameplay has some flaws, there is overall too much dialogue and relatively few puzzles to solve. Still 10/10 and well worth playing.

I liked this style of games back in the day but i hated the way they played on a plain a500 with 1 floppy. It was one serious reason to switch to pc instead of amiga back then.

Without a doubt one of the best adventure games ever created. The game reminds me of a very good Agatha Christie novel. The characters - all of them - a great and have a lot of depth and the story and the conclusion make sense and will make you feel satisfied.
Add to this very good graphics and really nice sound and you have a game no one should miss.

One of the best...something different than the usual (but excellent) Sierra & Lucas Arts adventure games...too bad i didn't apreciate it as it should back then...

A great GFX style that flows through the game, with a murder mystery storyline make for a very memorable game. Another adventure game I must revisit to finish some time soon!

Although i'm not a big fan of adventure games, i got stuck in this one for a while, very innovative and a big sense of details from the programmers, a wonderful game

This game I will remember to the end of my days. Pure detective story. Great atmosphere. Good old days... It sad that new games are so dull.

Brilliant graphics! Even better in parts than Lucasarts and Sierra adventures on VGA! Gameplay was good too, but it was not quite as excellent as the games of those companies. Even though very very good! And very playable even on an A500.

Wow, another top of the chart for Delphine Software ! I just love this game !
It is somewhat non-linear (very rare at that time). You almost never got stuck (it happened though), and you could reach the end of the gaming without having a clue about the murderer if you didn't pay enough attention.
Graphics and music were beautiful. The only downside is that on a A500 the character was moving to slowly.
I give this one a 10 !
I won't give many, but this one really deserves it !

I was just looking through my box of Amiga titles yesterday and noticed this in there. Yep, great game that I didn't take enough time with since I had too many I was playing already. Also one I tried to get my mystery-loving mother to play but she wasn't into games. If she was she would've loved this I have no doubt. I once sat down with her and played a little of the Sherlock Holmes text adventure and she really liked it. But she never would play by herself.
Anyway, this was graphically rich and exciting. I agree about Delphine, I loved their games. All the King's quest and so fourth didn't hold a candle to Delphine and games like this. I didn't even think of Alone in the Dark and had to edit. This was darn close to that and I loved those on the PC. ...Well, this is absolutely, positively, 100% a game I will revisit...even though I just ordered 3 complex simulation games for my PC.
9/10

That was an awesome game. I think there is nothing similar neither on Amiga nor for Pc (for which the game was published as well). The game has a anglo-french style that is really unique. I remember that for me at the time it was impossible to finish the game without some help (no internet at the time, I had to wait for the walkthrough to be published on a journal), too complex, especially if compared to the Lucasart system. It is good to remember Delphine for games such as this.

Ricky, Ricky... RICKY! Come on! This is a splendid game, stylish, original, and one of the first 3D character. I admit the last would have deserved better shading, yet... Ricky...

This is a beautiful game, and a very hard puzzle to solve - I had to give up and use a walkthrough in the end. Great cinematic style.

One of the best adventures out there. Incredible graphics, perfect atmosphere, good story. Delphine made the best cinema-like games, that's a fact.

Amazing Intro and overall graphics. Too bad I thought it is quite boring since you aren't doing more than talking to random guys and girls.

One of my favourite adventure games on Amiga. Quite original I would say and that what makes it interesting.

Great intro and music. Nice graphics throughout and story was good. Had its problems with the do things at a certain time element. Just a shame I never finished it. My last disk didn't bloody work

Slick, very atmospheric 'whodunnit' set on a cruise ship. Engrossing game spoiled a little by the 'do things within/by/at a certain time' rule.

I loved all the "Delphine" adventure games, aka Another World, Future Wars, Operation Stealth. This game had lovely GFX, nice atomspheric scenes and music. Good storyline and yes the locations were limited but you were virtually everywhere on that boat. Very much like "Poirot" style & its a credit to be on the Amiga scene

If there is one adventure you'll like to play on the Amiga, try this one. Even to todays standards the game has nice graphics and an interesting plot. 8/10

Fantastic game - great music, cinematic style plotting, and highly ingenious. The number of locations was actually very limited, as the whole thing was on board a boat. But this was where the game got clever as it was time dependant, and different things happened at each location as the game progressed. Top notch whodunnit.

Impressive adventure! It's gotta be seen to be believed, the character you control was life-like, similar to Alone in the Dark style, but this a detective adventure which like all adventures, I get so stuck that it forces me to give up.
