Positive features: good GFX, expecially the coloured definition of fan crowd; lots of european and south-american clubs; good managerial side, so many things to do for coach Ferguson :-) Negative features: wrong jerseys for opponent teams, weird fake names for opponent players, in a sort of re-invented "esperanto"! :-D Above all, a sloppy playability: basically you can make a very limited kind of football moves and score in just a few ways and from the same 3 or 4 positions...goalie's moves are unrealistic...players without the ball don't follow the action...not to talk about the awful frame sequence of tackles! Some frames are missing, like a cinema jump-cut occurring when a player engage a tackle! So, this game has an inviting "package" but a suspect content...

Not a footy fan - but I do recall playing this a fair bit. In fact perhaps, along with Sensi Soccer, the only footie game I ever played.

I'm not a Man Utd fan but this was a solid, decent footy game that I played more than I expected. I remember when looking at the squad list for the first time asking who the hell is Ryan Giggs?!!

Decent graphics and fair playability, and nice tournaments against many famous European clubs, but overall still quite a limited game. (7)

This was the first football game I ever owned for the Amiga. I got Kick Off 2 too late and never really got into it. Sensible Soccer was still a few years to come, so this ended up being the football game I played the most up until then. Overall a nice footy game, but too primitive and repetitive. It was quite easy to score goals and multiplayer games often ended with almost basketball-like final results like 12-9 or something of the sort. Still, I have a few good memories of this one.

Quite good game. Maybe ball controll is not nice and colours skirts are poor. Overall 7

As I remember this was the first game my brother bought for our Amiga 500. The gameplay may seem quite basic compared to the likes of Kick Off at first, but it actually allowed for quite sophisticated football- volleys, aftertouch (lobbing and curling) made the game very satisfying. It wasn't until I discovered and explored these features some time after first playing that I really appreciated the game fully. Not as slick player movement as other footy titles, but very good nonetheless.

What a game! I loved the celebrations the players did, so funny!

Not so good footy game but I still like it cause it was the first one to have my favourite team ( PAOK Salonika) even ,if I am not mistaken, as an opponent team for MU.

Liked this game, but my then-best friend always wanted to play KICK OFF 2 (which is better, I know

The 4 player option requires a joystick adapter.
