Solid platformer in a "Dizzy" like style but with much fewer logic elements and more frantic shooting. Graphics are nice and animation is acceptable. Music is annoying but it is much better than sounds which do not fit into the game.

The flick screen scrolling here was really geriatric (old fashioned)., Never played this however

This was one of the first Amiga games I ever played, as a then Spectrum owner I couldn't believe the sound and graphics. I still laugh when I think back to the 'buying advice' quips in the shop.

The game was very nice visuals and i love Matthew Cannon musics. Gameplay is difficult, mixing platform, shoots and using magic and objets. If you try to finnish the game is enjoyable, but most of the people play 2 minutes and give up... I love this game and still playing 20 years later...

My mum brought this out of the blue one day because she knew i liked arcade style platformers. Another reviewer said he hates this and he dosent know why. I know why. From the back of the box it looks like its going to be a great arcade platforming romp. It isn't. It has the usual shortcomings such as no music and fx together, that horrid gradient colour backround and worse of all, flick screen scrolling, ala ninja rabbits! So the whole thing stinks of a cheap amiga demo or a PD game rather than a full price release. On top of that it's boring and the music, although nice at first, becomes very irritating. This game sucks! 3/10

This is a little, very playable, colourful, fantasy arcade-adventure platform; someone may not like the multi-screens and the not excellent technique, and yes, cryptic exploration. But in my opinion this is one of best Amiga fantasy platforms. Our hero looks like Capcom’s Willow (or Legend of Tonma) and this world is rich of details and animations; I’ve always spent many days on and had lot of fun on playing it. Today, nostalgia assaults me just when I see it, but pleasure to play is a lot and still stays on..

Still can't figure this game out.. You need birdseed and a chicken, but none are there. No indian either. O_o

Surprisingly moody in its platformer simpleness - it features excellent music, good graphics and a steep learning curve that derives from the difficulty of the plain-vanilla elf character that begins the game leveling up to the point where you are able to shoot in three directions from a flying machine - at which point things get rather more easy. The items and characters in the game give it a nice, enjoyable adventure twist too. One of the fondest memories from back in the day.

Nice game, but very difficult, and hard to understand. Gets quite frustrating if you have NO CLUE what to do.

Above-average but not great fantasy-based arcade-adventure. Memorable for the Tommy Cooper-esque Elf salesman.

I didn't think this was great but it was OK to play, nice GFX and decent sound

As with most games by Ocean, this was over-hyped before its release, and when it finally came out it proved to be quite, well... Crap. Apart from a few nice touches, the graphics were average, and so were the gameplay and the sounds, and... That's it, I guess. Nothing more, nothing less, just plain crap.
