I agree with some of the comments on here and Amiga Power come to think of it - this game was by and large just too easy, even on the hardest difficulty setting, which made it quite tedious.
Being out in front lap after lap with barely any challenge made it pretty dull going. A shame really as it was fast and looked and sounded good. If only it had been harder and the computer cars more intelligent

Not the best racer but as the Amiga doesnt actually have an official Pole Position clone it really is between this and Continental Circus to bridge that gap and this one is okay for a budget title.
Enjoyable enough 7/10

Nice racing offering from Team17. I was never a formula one fan though and this type of racer kind of left me bored. It was ok otherwise though.

Good enough graphics, good soundtrack, the gameplay is not bad, physics and the speed a bit unrealistic, the pointer is in the 200 and many but seems less at the track ... But is funny!
I like the detail of the wheel lock ...

Nice game: good enough graphics, convincing sound FX and very good soundtrack! Too bad it's so awfully easy..

Between one changing disk and another, there's an interesting racing game with smooth graphics, fun to play.

I didn't like it at first because of the steering and difficulty in passing adversaries, but i kept playing it just because i loved the sprite of the main car, the good graphics and smooth enough scrolling.
It looked good enough to keep me going.
Then i got into the game and was very cautious in overtaking the opponents.
The damage counter and pitstops add to the suspense.
Once you get used to the steering and are not afraid to use the brake (Which is suicide in other racing games) this budget game is pretty enjoyable!
Nia. 7,5/10

First of all, the tracks depicted the actual 1992 F1 calendar. And also, the BGM was awesome!!!, reminds me of TVB Pearl's F1 Action '94, in which Hong Kong finnaly covered Formula One races from 1980 until 1997

Not much difficult, but funny. Good FX, a little short. I have loved it when I was young

I quiet game with no fault no praise, I played it for a while, but never got me too much, it was not programmed by Team 17 but it was a budget, so I think it was OK, the road scroll is smooth but not enough, the graphics are nice and colourful bytheway... Gave it a 6

The game itself is OK but there are some flaws: lack of 2 players option, very easy to finish even in PRO mode, the most stupid opponents Amiga game has ever had. Although GFX and sound are good, I expected a lot more from Team17 production. I know it's a budget game but it is not what people expect from Team17 especially when they saw their previous releases (no QA from Team17 is too much obvious). The game's advantages are large number of clear information about the race (during the game), saving the best lap times and progress of the game, nice steering.

I used to love this game (and still do)! Good options and lots of tracks.
Simple fun from the mighty team 17.

This game was OK to play, it had nice GFX and decent sound but wasn't anything special, I mean what do you expect for a budget game anyway. It was one of the better offerings though at the time for budget games...

Good F-1 racing arcade game with an excellent speed feeling, very smooth scrolling and car handling, colourful graphics (far away by being mediocre as somebody stated before) and very nice intro tune.
Actually this is better than Continental Circus porting and very funny to play. Not at the same level of Lotus II or Jaguar XJ220 due only to a lack of variety between the different circuits, but for the rest this is a very enjoyable Amiga racer.

Nice racing game, easy to control.

Way too easy, visually mediocre, unbalanced, and generally average at best. Why did so many magazines rave over this for being £13 when games like Lotus 1 & 2 and Super Hang-On had by then been re-released for less?
