I can't say I disliked this game. Somehow it felt more like an adventure game starring a submarine than a simulation : no missions, no patrols, just a race to set and reach a rendez-vous point, occasionally evading enemies on the way. There are a few semi-tense moments, but once you reach the deep waters, it becomes mostly a cruise. Or so I think. I never reached the (second) rendez-vous point. Or, more precisely, I did, but nobody ever showed up. So maybe I missed something. And this whole comment is pointless.

This game is based on the best seller novel by Tom Clancy. There is also another game with the same name, which is based on the movie.

Unless I was doing something wrong, I could never even get the submarine to move!!
As was written above, totally boring.

Boooooring! Not even half as good as Silent Service, 688 Attack Sub or others!
