Atmospheric. Nice music. But what is it about euro shooters and Enemies taking thousands of hits!

Good graphics, good sounds, good gameplay - but: it's much too hard. After a few minutes of playing my motivation was gone by the wind....

Well, this game could even be quiete playable, but it has nothink to share with armalyte (on the c64)...
and the main carachter starship win the prize for the uglyest ship ever...

Got this game off Amiga Format I think...was quite good fun, but too difficult. Had an absolutely appalling '3d' intro that made me vomit bile and mucus into my cat's face every time I saw it.

Well this game was OK but it didn't beat the likes of R-Type or owt like that it was just basic and ok

I really do not think Ilyad is a "really bad" shooter as actually this is how Armalyte on the Amiga should have to be.
Very well programmed (from the guy who did Pang!) and realized, it is an "old", C64 school shoot 'em up with simple but solid and good playability and well designed visuals and sounds.
Not to avoid at all.
