Along with Castle Warrior one of the few games on the Amiga that had a character walking into the screen and attempted a 3D effect with bitmap graphics (which was solved in an interesting way without resizing/zooming the graphic tiles).

Fun fact: you can't beat this game without cheating. Cool eh?

Trantor said it all ... This game is a sad example because this could have been a real classic. Maybe even implemented as part of something bigger like done in "Alcatraz" or "Hostages", because graphics are the best of this type of gameplay on Amiga I know (don't even mention the much newer Doom-will-be "Deathmask"

Unplayable mess. Nice pseudo-3d effect even though nothing is actually being scaled.

This was a good original effort, with some great ideas... Unfortunatly, it just runs a bit to slow. It would have been cool to see this game attempted again with some slick programing and on the 1200 to do it justice. I liked it, but never got very far.

I agree with Landoq, I love the idea, but never thought the game was very playable.

Good idea but bad gameplay.

Thought this was OK, not brilliant but I agree with Trantors comment, if it had waited & maybe's worked on a different concept it might have been a BIG game, but alas this time it had failed, OK in places

Narco Police was ahead of it's time. The design really could have been translated into an atmospheric FPS, but instead, the large sprites just slow down a game that is WAY too difficult. A shame really, since the game could have been a true breakout success.
