I know many don't like this game as it is to hard. At once you learn the weapon system it is not that hard. Use space key to change weapon. That way you can fire backwards etc. When needed. The game is very big. Lot's of levels. The GFX can sometimes seem a little bland but all inn all I like the design a lot. The music and SFX if good too. It is very possible to complete this game even without auto-fire. The game is very clever. It is a hidden pearl of space shooters. To me one of the best.

How has this not got a higher score? I was initially put off playing this game as it has received either mediocre or poor game reviews in the press, but what a mistake.
Playing this for the first few days it strikes me as the kind of game that Delta should have been for the CBM64. It has good music and terrific graphics: both sprites and backdrops. You choose your upgrades to your ship before you commence. Then throughout the game, you collect extra upgrade credits that allow to be installed between levels.
It has many levels to complete and whats more, you can choose your own path through the matrix of levels as you make your way to the final guardian level. This game is tough, but offers a worth while challenge as you can tackle the game again from where you last left off using the in game level code option.
In summary, it may not be up to the same level as Project-X or Apidya, but this is on constant play for me right now until I beat this game!. Recommended. 92%

A great shooter imo, but it's important to choose your skills right! Also autofire joystick is really recommended!

It's not a bad shooter, in fact the designs of many of the bosses are realy good looking, plus there are several stages that just scream Konami refference (you can probably guess why), the only problem with it was, your starting weapon isn't much use, and you can easily pick a stage at which your current level of weapon just won't allow you to progress.

Also, this game is hard, and LONG, a flawless run through clocking in at just under two hours and even though you'll get alot of lives, the game sends you back to a checkpoint when you die, so some areas might drain all your lives completely. Also, because of the system limitations and this being a one disk game, the stage themes repeat quite often, though only one boss is recycled, and you have to fight two of him at that point.

Overall, this is much better then many bland space and plane shooters I've played on a variety of systems over the years, it's just a tinsy bit on the lengthy side.

A somewhat bland-looking, workmanlike shooter, but it wasn’t too bad to play and at least it moved at 50hz, if I recall correctly. Still, Z-out was a better choice that year, and later shooters such as Apidya and Disposable Hero eclipsed this one easily.

The really high difficulty level makes this otherwise good game quite frustrating. (68%)
