Revenge of Doh is technically not on par with its precursor. Not on the Amiga at least, where frame rate is far from perfect. Thankfully, the game is still very playable and that's all that matters in a type of game like this (7/10).

I don't remember how it compares to the first Arkanoid conversion for Amiga systems. The graphics look a bit murky and maybe the controls aren't as smooth as in the first one, like some of the comments seem to indicate. I'm pretty confident this was an enjoyable Arkanoid type game though.

Not as great as the first Arkanoid port but still highly playable.

The arcade game itself was one of my favorite of all time.
This is a very good arcade conversion but suffers from one big limitation. In the arcade game all blocks that contain special capsules are released whenever hit. In this conversion, only 1 capsule falls at a time and all others won't show until that capsule has gone.
The ST version is also better

Far below the quality of Arkanoid 1 Amiga port.

A pretty good conversion, the only bad thing is that the ball movement isn't that smooth, but good conversion in my opinion.

I never played this one much.. I prefered the original Arkanoid (in PAL, 32 colours, that was ported to the Amiga from scratch). This one was an direct 16 colours Atari ST port. As usual then made by Peter Johnson....

Personally I loved this game - it felt right and nice to play.. Talking crap while playing always helped me beat my friends.. Ah, the good old days - so many people make breakout clones but many fail to get the simple feeling of control and angles right.. 8/10

Where the first in the series was a rather good port, this one simply fails to deliver. The animation is jerky and as a side effect the controls feels rather off. It is such an intriguing game, with plenty of extras added since Arkanoid, but this version simply doesn't do it justice. I'd go for the C64 version any day.

I play this one more than the arcade vesion. More than any Arkanoid actually. Love it.

This Arkanoid is a lot better than the first one. This version on the Amiga does look a bit the same as the one on C64 from my point of view. But it still very good I love it.

Not the big hype as when the 64 version was released but still a very good game! Get the Senile Decay compilations !
