Nice graphics, but the game itself is really bad. Poor rip-off of Spy hunter. Played it for the first time in 2020during the compo and I will not ever return to it.

Although the driving section is very overlong and frustrating - with the second driving section requiring at least two complete loops just to get the sub ability and weapons. After that, it gets much more fun and playable.

It's true that this is Domark's best Bond title and perhaps the best 007 game on Amiga... But that's still just slightly above average. The best feature is the game's diversity: it contains driving and underwater levels, Operation Wolf-style firefights and even a Mastermind-like "code breaking" game. (Be sure to download the manual because you'll need the target coordinates at that part!) The graphics are nice, though not too spectacular. The music is awesome, and - paired with the well-designed title screens - immidiately creates the well-known, tense Bond atmosphere. Unfortunately, the levels are mostly overlong and too hard, and the driving parts are not enjoyable enough because you're more rewarded if you drive slowly and carefully which is not very Bond-like. Overall, it's an acceptable action game but not outstanding by any means.

Hard, but fun game. The Bond connection is just there because they say so, though. You could easily have named this something completely different, because the Bond tie-in isn't that obvious.
I really love Matt Furniss take on the Bond Theme for this game though. Fantastic!

Oh I really liked that one back then. Great graphics combined with great gameplay made it a lot of fun to play. I have to play it again, I think.

Jep, it's the best Bond game for the Amiga. I liked the driving levels.

This was pretty fun and surely the best 007 game on Amiga. Especially the driving levels were fun and between-the-levels screens looked great! Cool title tune too!

A good idea to rip-off the arcade game Spy Hunter for this James Bond license! Looks and plays quite nice, but soon gets boring. A wasted opportunity, because an in-depth Spy Hunter game would have been great!

I've never played this game or seen it, apart from this review.
Don't you think it looks exactly like LICENSE TO KILL, but with a car, instead of a chopper!

This is a little bit of a strange movie-conversion. It's based just on the driving (and sub-aquatic "driving" ) part of the movie. It reminded me of those very very old driving games where you just had to steer left and right to avoid crashing into the land beside the road. But, to be honest, this game is more than that. You have to drive to a destination, while shooting at baddies-on-the-road and picking up cash which for no particular reason is just lying on the asphalt. When you arrive at your destination you go to the next level. Meanwhile you occasionally get the chance to drive into a truck (in real "Knight Rider"-style!) to buy new weapons and gadget with your found money. What surprised me was the violence in this game. For some crazy reason, people are walking on the highway, asking to be run over! These people are obviously tired of life and ready to be released out of their misery. It's a funny element of this game and although it'll cost you points, you won't mind and happily "pay" the points to have the pleasure of hearing their last cry while you paint the road with their blood. The graphics of this game are pretty good, and so is the sound. It plays very decent and it's a nice challenge to get to the next level every time. Maybe the game is a little bit to much of the same after a while.
Graphics: 8/10
Sound: 7/10
Playability: 7/10
Overall: 7/10
